The Frequency Behind the Field
The Foundations of the Work
This body of work emerged from two parallel worlds.
One formed through more than a decade in corporate finance and project leadership, working inside complex systems spanning quality assurance, catastrophe response, technology delivery, and operations. These environments shaped a deep understanding of how systems maintain coherence under pressure and how people function within them over time.
The other developed through movement, dance, and somatic education. As a former national champion dancer, trauma-informed yoga teacher, and certified breathwork facilitator, the body became a primary site of inquiry for rhythm, regulation, and internal communication.
These lineages now converge through every method I design.
Structure and sensitivity operate together.
Intelligence and integration move as one.
This meeting point informs the work in its entirety.

This form serves as the initial point of alignment for enquiries related to the work.
It gathers context and orientation before contact occurs, allowing communication to begin with clarity and structure.
