What is a chakra?
Chakra means ‘wheel’ in Sanskrit and refers to the seven major chakras within the physical vessel. These energy centres are located in a direct line from the base of the spine up to the crown of the head. Each chakra vibrates in a circular motion and relates to different wellbeing themes.
