The Integration Threshold® Communication & Boundary Guidelines Policy
Purpose
The Integration Threshold® is a registered-trademark programme facilitated exclusively 1:1 by Stacey Ormond-Stirling through Tautahi Ascension Pty Ltd (ABN 38 666 902 950).
This policy outlines the communication standards, professional boundaries, and mutual respect expected throughout your participation in the programme.
Its purpose is to maintain energetic clarity, preserve facilitator availability, and ensure communication remains aligned with the professional scope of The Integration Threshold®.
1. Communication Channels
All communication occurs via the official channels listed below:
- Email: [email protected]
- Phone or SMS: 0451 334 031 for weekly class confirmation messages and responses sent 24 hours prior to scheduled classes
- No direct messaging: Please refrain from using social media platforms (Instagram or Facebook) for programme-related contact.
This ensures all correspondence remains organised, documented andcontained within the agreed professional scope of the programme.
2. Response Timeframes
- Messages are typically responded to within one (1) business day.
- Weekends and public holidays are considered offline rest periods for the facilitator and therefore expect delayed response times.
- If a matter is time-sensitive (e.g., rescheduling a same-week class), please use SMS with a clear first sentence such as “Reschedule Request.”
This structure honours both professional responsiveness and healthy boundaries around availability.
3. Communication Scope
Contact between sessions should relate to:
- Scheduling or administrative matters;
- Brief clarifications following a recent session;
- Updates relevant to your next class;
- Integration tips and support;
- Confirmation of the next upcoming class.
In-depth energetic processing, coaching, or reflection is reserved for scheduled session time unless otherwise arranged.
This maintains the integrity of your 1:1 sessions and ensures both facilitator and participant remain grounded in a contained process.
The facilitator reserves the right to redirect or decline communication that falls outside this scope.
4. Session Boundaries
- Each session is booked for a specific timeframe. Please arrive on time and ready to begin.
- Sessions will conclude on schedule to maintain fairness for all participants attending private classes after your individual session.
- Additional time is not included and is available only by prior arrangement and may incur an additional fee at the facilitator’s discretion.
5. Energetic Boundaries
The Integration Threshold® operates as an energetic container.
Between sessions, clients are encouraged to practise self-integration using journalling, rest, hydration, or reflection. If additional support is required, this will be addressed within scheduled sessions or through approved resources provided by the facilitator.
Direct energetic dialogue outside scheduled sessions (for example, sending long voice notes, extended personal updates, or seeking repeated emotional regulation support) is outside the scope of this programme.
This preserves coherence and ensures the work remains empowering, not dependent.
Ongoing or repeated requests for support outside sessions may not be responded to.
6. Respectful Conduct
Participants agree to engage with professionalism and mutual respect at all times.
Abusive, demanding, or inappropriate communication (verbal or written) will not be tolerated and may result, at the facilitator’s discretion, in immediate termination of the working relationship without refund.
7. Emergencies and Crisis Support
The Integration Threshold® is not a crisis or emergency service.
If you are experiencing acute emotional or psychological distress, please contact:
- Lifeline (Australia): 13 11 14
- Suicide Callback Service: 1300 659 467
- or the equivalent emergency service in your country.
You may also notify the facilitator once you are safe and stabilised, to discuss rescheduling or integration support at a later time.
8. Boundary Review and Re-Alignment
From time to time, the facilitator may review communication frequency or tone if boundaries begin to blur.
Any adjustments will be communicated gently and transparently to ensure continued alignment and respect for both parties.
