The Integration Threshold® Confidentiality & Intellectual Property Policy
Purpose
The Integration Threshold® is a registered-trademark programme and proprietary method created and facilitated by Stacey Ormond-Stirling through Tautahi Ascension Pty Ltd (ABN 38 666 902 950).
This policy outlines how confidentiality, privacy, and intellectual property are respected and protected within the 1:1 programme environment (delivered in person or via Zoom).
It ensures that:
- All personal and energetic disclosures made by clients remain confidential.
- All teaching materials, written works, and practices remain the exclusive property of Tautahi Ascension Pty Ltd.
- The integrity and energetic coherence of The Integration Threshold® field are preserved.
1. Confidentiality of Participant Information
- All personal information shared during sessions, written exercises, or private communication is treated as strictly confidential.
- The facilitator will not disclose client information to any third party except:
- where legally required (for example, risk of harm, court order, or mandatory reporting obligations), or
- where the client has given explicit written consent.
- Brief, de-identified reflections may be used for field research, teaching insight and continuous improvement with client anonymity preserved.
- Confidentiality applies to all information shared, regardless of format or communication channel.
2. Facilitator Discretion for Educational Use
From time to time, Stacey Ormond-Stirling may share anonymised stories or excerpts from the programme to illustrate programme processes or learning experiences.
Such material will never identify individual clients by name, likeness, voice, or other personally recognisable details without explicit written permission.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All Integration Threshold® content including class sequences, scripts, visual materials, written documents, energetic maps, audio content, and teaching methodologies is protected under Australian copyright law and international intellectual-property treaties.
Participants acknowledge that:
- Enrollment grants personal access only for experiential learning.
- No part of the material may be copied, taught, transmitted, published, or adapted without prior written consent from Tautahi Ascension Pty Ltd.
- Use of The Integration Threshold® name, geometric designs, or associated terminology in personal or professional offerings is prohibited unless licensed or expressly authorised in writing.
- No licence or ownership rights are transferred to participants beyond personal use as expressly permitted.
4. Digital Materials and Resource Access
- Any digital resources provided (for example, PDFs, audios, or videos) are licensed for individual personal use only.
- Sharing, uploading, or distributing these materials online or to third parties is strictly prohibited.
- Access links provided are strictly personal and must not be shared, forwarded, or made publicly accessible.
Journalling Guides
The Integration Threshold® Journalling Guides form part of the proprietary learning materials provided to clients.
Each guide contains class-specific prompts and reflective practices created exclusively for this programme.
Access to these materials is determined by your chosen enrolment pack (for example, three-class, six-class, or nine-class sequence) and is provided privately after payment and approval and class date scheduling.
These guides are protected under Australian copyright law and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or distributed in any format without written consent from Tautahi Ascension Pty Ltd.
5. Communication and Professional Boundaries
All contact between participant and facilitator occurs within agreed professional channels.
Messages or emails should relate to scheduling, integration support, or brief clarification only.
In-depth processing, coaching, or energetic work must take place within scheduled sessions unless otherwise agreed.
The facilitator reserves the right to redirect conversations that fall outside the intended scope of the programme.
Response times and availability are not guaranteed outside scheduled sessions.
6. Breach of Policy
Any breach of confidentiality or unauthorised use of materials may result, at the facilitator’s discretion, in:
- immediate termination of the client’s access to the programme without refund; and/or
- legal action for infringement of intellectual property or breach of confidence under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
The facilitator reserves the right to determine the appropriate response to any breach.
7. Legal Notice
This policy operates in conjunction with the Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Programme Completion & Rescheduling Policy, and the Payment & Refund Policy of Tautahi Ascension Pty Ltd.
Nothing in this document removes or restricts your statutory consumer or intellectual-property rights under Australian law.
