The Integration Threshold® Programme Completion & Rescheduling Policy
Purpose
The Integration Threshold® is a registered trademark nine-class energetic and movement-based journey. Each class builds sequentially, creating coherence through consistency.
This policy sets clear boundaries around programme completion, rescheduling and extensions to ensure fairness for all participants and protection of the facilitator’s schedule.
1. Completion Timeframe
Each participant is enrolled into a fixed nine-week Level One sequence upon acceptance and payment.
- All nine classes must be completed within twelve (12) weeks of your first scheduled class.
- This 12-week window includes up to three weeks of flexibility for travel, illness, or personal scheduling changes.
- After this timeframe, any uncompleted classes are forfeited and non-refundable.
- To continue after the 12-week period, participants may re-enter by purchasing a new programme sequence or single session at the current rate.
- Participants who are invited into Level Two will be enrolled in a separate, shorter sequence with its own defined timeframe, which will be communicated upon invitation.
2. Rescheduling Policy
To maintain the integrity of the programme and respect for reserved time slots:
- Students may reschedule up to two (2) classes within the 12-week window.
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any reschedule.
- Reschedules beyond two instances may incur a $40 administration fee or require re-enrolment at the facilitator’s discretion.
- No-shows (non-attendance without notice) are counted as completed classes.
3. Extenuating Circumstances
Extensions or compassionate exemptions may be granted in genuine hardship situations, including:
- Hospitalisation or serious medical condition (medical certificate may be requested).
- Bereavement of an immediate family member.
- Major personal crisis such as natural disaster or significant accident.
Definition: Immediate Family:
For the purposes of this policy, immediate family includes:
a spouse, de facto partner, or former spouse/partner;
a child, stepchild, or adopted child;
a parent, stepparent, or legal guardian;
a sibling or stepsibling; and
a grandparent or grandchild.
For cultural or kinship-based families (including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and Polynesian family structures), equivalent relationships are recognised and respected.
Approved extensions may allow an additional four (4) weeks to complete the sequence at no cost.
All other situations – including work schedule changes, holidays, or “energetic readiness”- do not qualify for extension.
4. Transfers and Substitutions
Enrollments are non-transferable once the programme has commenced.
Sessions may be delivered either in person or via Zoom. If you are unable to attend in your originally scheduled format, alternative arrangements may be offered at the facilitator’s discretion.
5. Acknowledgement
By enrolling in The Integration Threshold®, you confirm that:
- You understand and agree to complete all classes within the timeframe stated.
- You acknowledge that rescheduling or non-attendance may result in class forfeiture or additional fees.
- You have read and accepted this Programme Completion & Rescheduling Policy.
6. Questions
If you have questions about this policy or need to discuss an exceptional circumstance, please contact Stacey via email [email protected] prior to your next scheduled class.
