Meet the Heart behind Tautahi
From Corporate Leadership to Intuitive Balance
Growing up around aggressive male role models, I developed dominant masculine energy as a defense mechanism. This led me into a career as a Senior Manager in Corporate Finance, where my masculine energy thrived but my feminine energy was diminished.
As an Indigenous New Zealand Māori, I carry the wisdom of my ancestors, combined with years of experience as a national competitive dancer—a journey that gave me a deep understanding of movement and the body’s innate intelligence. Now, as a qualified teacher in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga Nidra, and Trauma-Informed Yoga, and an MHA-accredited sound healer, I bridge science and spirituality to guide women toward alignment and empowerment.
